Tom Lawlor is not only a great fighter, but he’s definitely the most entertaining guy in the UFC when it comes to walkouts and weigh-ins. Lawlor has done some epic stunts, like appearing as Steven Seagal and the Hulkster. Here is a nice highlight reel of some of his best.

Gina Carano’s ‘Haywire’ has been released on DVD and among the extras is an interview with Gina talking about her love of fighting and how being physical is a way to express herself creatively. There is also some cool footage of her pro MMA debut.

Carano may love fighting, but at this point it seems she loves making movies even more. She is reportedly going to appear in Fast and Furious 6 with The Rock, and is also set to play the lead in John Stockwell’s “In the Blood”, where she’ll play a woman whose husband disappears while on vacation in the Caribbean.

UFC goofballs Maximo Blanco and Marcus Brimage kicked and punched each other for three rounds, then decided to take it a step further with some super tumbling.

No word on whether they went to the bench presses after that, or ventured into other such competitions of manliness.

I think Brimage won the tumbling portion of the fight. He also won the fight itself, earning the victory via split decision.

MMA is a tough, tough sport. When it goes bad, it has the potential to go very bad. Such is the case of Timothy Kelley Jr., who talked about his devastating knockout — and broken jaw — on the popular UG forum.

Fought at Turfway Park last night. Got caught with a head kick, was out for 3:42 seconds. My jaw is broken, I have surgery tomorrow. Can’t work for many weeks. This sucks mass.

Dude is a serious warrior. I have the utmost respect for him not only telling his story, but then even posting the video. I’m not sure which is worse — seeing the kick to the jaw or the sound it makes.

We salute you, Timothy Kelley Jr., and we wish you a speedy and full recover. Also, if you don’t mind, can you send us any leftover pain meds?

Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen

Chael Sonnen held court for a Q & A session with the fans for the UFC Fight Club members. Sonnen did some dancing and moonwalking, and also sang a little rap/song about his favorite guy and BFF Anderson Silva.

It’s classic Sonnen, and totally worth a watch.

Bellator ring girl Jade Bryce is not only the Queen of Hot Twit Pics, but she is also a model and (duh) a fitness buff.

Here she shows us how to get your butt in shape. Not in the ‘quit playing video games in your mom’s basement and finally finish school or actually get a job’ sense, but in the literal, physical sense of exercise. Are we clear?

Dudu vs. Fun Size sounds more like something from a video game or pro wrestling, but I assure you that it was an important title fight at Bellator 65 on Friday night.

Eduardo ‘Dudu’ Dantas took the belt from Zach ‘Fun Size’ Makovsky in dramatic fashion, putting the champion to sleep with this head and arm choke.

They say you’re not really the champion until you defend it once, but Makovsky couldn’t take care of Dantas, the 22-year old phenom from Brazil. Dantas probably holds the title of ‘Best MMA Champ No One Has Heard About’, but that’s likely to change. The kid can do it all, as he demonstrated against the very tough Makovsky.

After watching this episode of “The Steven Seagal Show”, I immediately did two things: watched it again and then internally demanded that it be made into a series on Adult Swim (preferably right after ‘Check It Out with Dr. Steve Brule’).

If you don’t think this is the greatest thing ever then there is little hope for you. This is indeed the heavyweight (pun intended) champion of hilarity.

There are some F-bombs dropped by Cartoon Seagal, so hide from your boss under a blanket when you watch this at work.

Whoa. These are the CFA ring girls getting bodypainted as superheroes. My guess is that you’ll never have loved Captain America and Wonder Woman more than you will after these 90 seconds of video. Possibly NSFW-ish, although they did do some blurrage.

The never-ending saga of the feud between UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and former champion Rashad Evans moved from print and the web on to TV.

The two sat down with Jon Anik on UFC Insider to talk about the history of Jackson’s camp, how they plan on winning and generally argue about anything that came up.

Some people love this type of fight hype and the soap opera qualities of sports. Some can’t wait for April 21st to get here just so they can finally watch the fight and move on from this whole ordeal.

We actually like it because then people make things like Jon Jones and Rashad Evans starring in a hilarious remake of Jean Claude Van Damme’s ‘Lionheart’. It’s really money. Oh, we are alos looking for ward to the fight, as well as part 2 of their sit down that will air soon.
