Bang! Fastest Knockout in UFC History
There has some been some confusion regarding who has the fastest knockout in UFC history. Some think it was The Korean Zombie’s quick KO of Mark Hominick. Others think it was Todd Duffee over Tim Hague. And some have Duane “Bang” Ludwig over Jonathan Goulet.
UFC president Dana White clears up any confusion in this video, officially awarding the record to…
Nick Diaz Tokes, Talks About Getting Stabbed
UFC welterweight contender Nick Diaz is always a controversial figure. Whether it’s blowing off press conferences, inciting a brawl in the cage after a fight or just plain ol’ trash talking, Diaz is always a topic of conversation.
In this video, Nick and brother Nate are on a break from their bike ride with friends. They are seemingly puffing on a bowl with Nick telling a wacky story about getting in a fight with 2 Fedor-like dudes that beat him down and repeatedly stabbed him. With a pen. Only Nick Diaz, right?
Nick Diaz will have a chance to make some more noise when he takes on Carlos Condit for the UFC interim welterweight title at UFC 143.

Oh, and they are sisters.

Meet the Brutal Beauties…But Be Nice
The Brutal Beauties are a group of wrestling-savvy girls that beat up on men, usually those without manners. The punishment is dished out as the girls are scantily clad in swimsuits or other ‘clothes’. Their favorite move seems to be the head scissor, although there are some ground and pound and general beatdowns.
In this clip, a poor sap gets his mid-section beat on and then gets choked. Good times!
Capoeira Kick KO FTW
There are plenty of Americans that don’t consider Capoeira a martial art. They look at it as more of a dance form, or something akin to Yoga. This will change their minds. Just because something is beautiful doesn’t mean in can’t cause pain. Here, Cairo Rocha lands a ‘Gancho Giratoria’ on Francisco Neves at the Brazilian Fighting Championships last Friday.
Cris Cyborg’s Sick KO to Retain Title
Cris Cyborg goes all Cyborg to retain her Strikeforce title. It’s starting to sound like a broken record, but it’s no less exciting to watch. Here she runs through Hiroko Yamanaka in just :16 to defend her title. She’s running out opponents — unless she agrees to take on MMA’s newest hottie, Ronda Rousey.
Dana White with Snoop Dogg on Stage
It appears UFC president is a big fan of Snoop Dogg. Here he joins the rap king on stage to break it down. And get jiggy with it. Or something. This is from some dude’s birthday party last year, and it’s funnier in gif form than the actual video.

Can it be very long until we hear Dana White’s new rap album? We already know he can cuss with the best of them!
The Force is With Her: George Lucas’ MMA Fighting Daughter
Imagine if your father was a multi-millionaire movie director. Your options would be limitless. Your first choice as to how you would spend your life? Sipping drinks with those little umbrellas in them on a tropical beach somewhere. Your second choice? Getting punched in the face — am I right?
Well that’s Star Wars creator George Lucas’ daughter chose — the second option. Amanda Lucas is an MMA fighter and she’s currently tearing up the scene in Japan. HDNet’s ‘Inside MMA’ caught up with her recently to get the scoop.
Korean Zombie’s 7-Second Knockout
Chan Sung Jung is better known to fight fans as ‘The Korean Zombie’. He got the nickname for his ability to withstand insane amounts of punishment while continuing to keep coming forward at his opponent.
Saturday night at UFC 140, he did not need to enter Zombie-mode at all. There was no back and forth between the two fighters. There was a tap of the gloves to start the fight, a swing and a miss by Mark Hominick and this blast by the Zombie that ended it all — in just :07.

Could the Korean Zombie be in line for a title fight? Hominick was the last man to fight Jose Aldo for the belt, and Zombie just finished him in :07. Bring it!
UFC Fighter Cut for Tweeting Joke from “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”
When the UFC encouraged fighters to start using social media to its fullest extent — even issuing monetary rewards for the best users — you knew someone was bound to make a critical error.
UFC president Dana White has cut Miguel Torres, the former WEC bantamweight champion, for a tweet about rape. But here’s the kicker: the tweet was actually a line from FX’s “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”.
Torres tweeted a line from the episode “The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis”, which was the second episode of season 4. Torres was watching the show when he tweeted the line, “If a rape van was called a surprise van more women wouldn’t mind going for rides in them.Everyone like surprises.”
Dana White told SI.com, “This morning I’m on [Michael] Landsburg’s show, up here in Canada, and he hits me with the quote of what he tweeted. Now there’s no explanation for that. There’s absolutely nothing I could say to make any sense of that. And the fact that he even thinks that’s funny or that’s a joke, it disturbs me. It bothers me. Again, you’re dealing with a guy that’s a smart guy, that owns his own business, that’s been one of the top fighters in the world forever. And I cut him today. He’s no longer with the UFC.”
White is apparently drawing a line when it comes to what UFC fighters can say. Forrest Griffin made a rape tweet recently, Rashad Evans made a Jerry Sandusky joke and even White himself has been chastized for using homophobic slurs.
But it’s Torres that is the first to go, and it’s for quoting one of the most popular TV shows in the last 10 years, from one of the UFC’s new partners.
