Of the 8 British fighters on the card 4 were victorious, putting the home crowd in a rather bitter sweet mood. Michael Bisping made the home crowd proud in getting the win in his main event bout against Yoshihiro Akiyama in a fight that had lots of action with both fighters going toe to toe for all three rounds.
